Entrance Stairway Pose of Nurse's

A photograph of seventeen (probably student) nurses posing outside on the entrance stairway of a large building. The building is unknown, but consists of dark brick with vines clamoring up its walls. There is a dark wood double wide entrance door deep within the stairwell that serves as the entrance to the building. In the foreground there is a door mat that sits directly center at the bottom of the stairs near the nurse's feet. The nurses sit in a semi-triangular formation on the stairs and are all in full nursing uniform, which consists of a full pin-strip semi-dark colored dress covered with a light colored apron tied at the waist. They wear a hat and have their hair pulled on top of their heads. There is one exception to the dress code and that is the nurse sitting directly center at the bottom in front of the door mat. She is hard to make out because of the poor filter quality of the photograph, but it appears that she is wearing a full light colored dress. This may signify some sort of leadership position she may hold over the rest of the nurse's.
