| Description | Crystal Baths was the first swimming pool to open in the Valley in 1928. It was loated two blocks north of Main Street just off Vernal Avenue. It was a heated pool with dressing rooms and showers. It was 40 x 70 feet and had a diving board. In 1938 the Red Cross held its life saving class at the Crystal Baths. Dr. J. W. Stevens and Preston Q. Hale are standing at the right with the class participants. |
