Description	Retinal and choroidal folds are often observed on fundus photography as well as on OCT in patients with papilledema secondary to idiopathic intracranial hypertension (1). This study examined whether the presence/absence of retinal and choroidal folds can differentiate between patients with mild papilledema (Frisen grades 1 and 2) and those with presumed pseudopapilledema using both axial and en face OCT images.
