Description We describe a patient with a complex paraneoplastic visual and oculomotor syndrome associated with circulating CRMP-5 antibody and lung cancer. After treatment with oral clonazepam and intravenous immunoglobulin, the ocular fixation instability dramatically improved while severe bilateral visual loss only partially recovered. Subsequent chemotherapy resulted in decreased tumor volume.
