Denver and Rio Grande Western RR diner / lounge car Mt. Timpanogos on The Prospector in Salt Lake City Union Depot, June of 1962. Car #1280 was built by Pullman-Standard Car Manufacturing Company in January of 1950 at Pullman, Illinois (near Chicago). Front car contained dining section with kitchen in the middle and lounge sections (which could also be used for dining) in the rear near the Pullman cars. (Other car in series #1281 James Peak.)
