Description To determine the effect of deficient contrast visual acuity on gait performance under conditions of bright and dim illumination. Contrast visual acuity is deficient in MS and associated with optic nerve fiber depletion, demonstrated by optical coherence tomography. Studies on functional implications on motor performance particularly in conditions of low illumination are limited.
