Dixie Birch is seated on a boat that is part of a group "Southwestern Wyoming Boat Club." The group was the first organized boating group on the reservoir being formed by the Flaming Groge Dam. A total of between 60 and 70 boats participated in the outing on May 5, 1963. This is a Bureau of Reclamation photo taken by F. B. Slote. |
