Description The simultaneous occurrence of a pituitary adenoma and an intracranial meningioma is extraordinary. We report a 65-year-old patient who presented with reduction of vision in the left eye for 9 months. His best corrected visual acuities were 20/25 in the right eye and 20/200 in the left.
