Description |
Manuscript summaries of field trips by Woodbury and colleagues to various parts of western Utah, with reports of observations of species, particularly snakes and their parasites, bird collecting, rabbits, etc. Places included Kane Springs, Little Granite Mountain, Simpson Buttes, Camelback Mountain, Cedar Mountains, west side of Utah Lake, Skull Valley, Fish Springs, Dugway Valley. Dale Parker wrote notes on snake study in Fall of 1952 and various field trips in 1953 and 1954 in West Desert. Woodbury. Calvin R. Fremling and John Paul Newey all wrote notes on a study of Antelope at Dugway Valley in August of 1952. C. R. Fremling wrote notes on a rodent study in Simpson Mountain in Sept. 1952 and a study of insects. Rabbit movement study by Fremling and Coghill, December 1952 to April of 1953. |
