The relation of cerebral defects in sinusoidal smooth pursuit to pursuit defects with step-ramp targets is unclear. We recorded horizontal smooth pursuit and saccades in 17 patients with unilateral cerebral lesions. Sinusoidal targets moved at 0.25, 0.5 and 1Hz: left and right pursuit gains were calculated. |
