|"4th ave: The signs on 4th Avenue, which was closed beginning in mid-May to make space for socially distanced recreation: running, walking, biking, etc. Many people filled this space in the evenings, and there were a handful of other streets closed for the same purpose around the city. They remain closed at the time of this posting (August 13th). The dog in the photo is named Winston."
