Additional Information The Almeron Newman photograph collection consists of images of firemen, police, veterans, women's groups, children, views of Salt Lake City, and US Army units at Fort Douglas. Almeron Newman was a photographer in Trinidad, Colorado, and came to Salt Lake City in 1909 for the Grand Army of the Republic convention in August of that year.
