Description Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is a sight-threatening condition diagnosed with funduscopic examination, neuroimaging, and lumbar puncture (LP). The use of LP to aid in the diagnosis of IIH is considered the gold standard by the modified Dandy Criteria for IIH; however, some patients are noncompliant with this recommendation. This study assesses changes in visual field mean deviation (MD) in this population. This is a pilot study to a broader analysis of noncompliance in patients with IIH.
