| Description |
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a plasma cell malignancy involving the bone marrow and is the second most common (10%) hematologic malignancy. Extramedullary spread is an aggressive form of MM. We report two cases of extramedullary spread to the orbit infiltrating extraocular muscles and conjunctiva/epibulbar tissue. |
