Description Patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) almost always have clinically normal eye movements, although two DMD patients have been described previously with Duane retraction syndrome (DRS), the most common congenital cranial dysinnervation disorder (CCDD). We describe the clinical features of a boy with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, bilateral Duane retraction syndrome, and other neurologic problems.
