Description Despite being an academically-oriented subspecialty, Neuro-ophthalmology topics in high impact factor clinical journals have been historically limited. This article aims to characterize the Neuro-ophthalmology publishing trends of high-impact ophthalmology and neurology journals and to report: 1) the proportion of articles that are neuroophthalmology focused and 2) the correlation between annual proportion of Neuro-ophthalmology focused articles and annual proportion of Neuro-ophthalmologist journal editors.
