Description FERA men break from work at the Dinosaur National Monument camp to enjoy a game of volleyball. The men have been removing overburden to make the quarry area accessable. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
