Description Homonymous hemianopias localize to the contralateral retrochiasmal visual pathways and are often associated with homonymous hemi-macular atrophy of the ganglion cell-inner plexiform layer (GCIPL) on optical coherence tomography (OCT). We report a case of binocular homonymous hemi-macular atrophy of the OCT-GCIPL with only a repeatable monocular visual field defect attributed to remote traumatic brain injury.
