This report is an evaluation of Salt Lake City's Weed and Seed program for 2005. The evaluation is based on "individual logic models [constructed for] four components: 1) law enforcement, 2) communicty policing, 3) prevention, intervention, and treatment; and 4) neighborhood restoration." The report includes recommendations on how the program can be improved, in addition to an evaluation of how successful Weed and Seed was. |
