Abstract |
US Army Foot Soldier's personal photograph showing the bombed out ruins of the town of Kassel, Germany. The photographer stated that once they got to the town of Kassel, they went through the impressive Hercules Castle. He had never seen anything like it in his life. He learned to love the love the countryside of Germany because hot it was a lot like Utah (his home) with changing seasons and beautiful mountains. He enjoyed getting to know some of the villagers, but he never forgot that the Germans were the enemy. |
