Stain: May-Grnwald-Giemsa (MGG). The monoblast (1) has a large nucleus with an irregular border, nucleoli and fine disperse chromatin, and a basophilic cytoplasm with no or a limited number of granules. (2) Two neutrophilic band forms. |
