In 2022 the Utah State Legislature mandated that all cities and towns with over 10,000 residents must adopt a Water Preservation & Use Element as part of their general plan by 2024. This project was created in partnership with the Municipal Services District to draft elements for Magna and Kearns. The chapter for each municipality includes the analysis of existing conditions and community engagement, and recommendations formulated for each community. |
