This was the second location of "The Leader". It was moved from the Boden Block after the 1904 fire to the Fraternal Hall at 4942-4944 So. State St. Arthur Frank became the manager and eventually managed the chain of stores that were established in several locations. Sometime after 1915, Frank moved this store to the Warenski building, 4871-4879 So. State St. |
