Description Bilateral disc elevation in a patient with headaches is a common referral to a neuro-ophthalmology practice. Although many patients can be easily categorized with a complete neuro-ophthalmic examination, additional evaluation is occasionally essential. Fluorescein angiogram (FA) is a sensitive tool that can detect sub-clinical disc leakage in challenging patients.
