The dedication of the new and rebuilt Eagle Gate (South Temple and State Streets, S.L.C. took place Nov. 1, 1963. The following photographs (1-10) show the various aspects of the dedication. The speakers were: Pres. David O. McKay of the L.D.S. Church (p.8), C. Taylor Burton of the Utah State Road Commission, and George Cannon Young, chief architect. Photos by Everett L. Cooley. |
