Description |
During the Great Depression, President Franklin Roosevelt innaugurad the CCC (Civil Conservation Corporation) to help accomplish the goals of relief, recovery and reform. The program provided jobs for unemployed young men from age eighteen to twenty-five. The CCC program provided a great resource and help for the communities they served. The group built roads, reservoirs, corrals and other projects by need of the community. |
