Oaks the church should not bother its self with trying to increase penaltys for sex crimes on the basis of homosexuality, couching civil rights legislative concerns on homosexual acts/practices rather than the condition of being homosexual, can't allow homosexuals to prostlitize or expose young people to their practices and lifestyle, focus on exceptions to anti-discrimination legislation than the proposal as a whole such as keeping homosexuals out of education or jobs that would expose them to the youth, Homosexual Marriages must be pushed back on as that would "entitle homosexual couples to such diverse privileges as child adoption, tax benefits, child support, alimony and property division etc... , "
