Two documents related to planning for cleanup of a sulfate plume affecting groundwater in southwestern Salt Lake Valley, Utah. One document (26 pages), dated May 7, 1993, summarizes the focused feasibility study conducted by Kennecott under the U.S. EPA and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality and evaluates the alternatives studied. The other (56 pages) covers the community relations activities conducted for the feasibility study, including minutes from public meetings and comments received from the public in March and April of 1993.
