Includes a 2-page digest of the speech, letters during the months prior to the event while arranging for Mr. Eccles' participation, and letters from after the conference. The latter include an exchange of letters between Mr. Eccles and Edward H. Collins, Financial Editor of the New York Times, debating points of the speech.
