Clinical VA: 20/60 OD, 20/20 OU; Complete right ptosis; Right exotropia 60 PD
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Periorbital swelling; Right exotropia
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Corticosteroids
