Description We reviewed retrospectively the clinical records of 142 patients (261 eyes) with suspected drasen of the optic disc. The patients had been referred over a period of 7 years and evaluated by B-scan echography, orbital computed tomography (CT-scan) and/ or pre-injection control photography for detection of autofluorescence. The relative diagnostic yield of these imaging techniques was compared.
