| Description | Autoimmune retinopathies can be paraneoplastic or non- paraneoplastic and are associated with antibodies that may cause loss of visual acuity, dyschromatopsia, visual field deficits and pan-retinal photoreceptor dysfunction (rods and cones). We report a series of patients who present with acute vision loss post cataract surgery with evidence of non-paraneoplastic autoimmune retinopathy. |
