Description Address: 4120 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, UT. Built in 1905-1906, with major additions in 1928, this is the oldest LDS meetinghouse in the Millcreek area. Its last services were in 1976, after which the ward was discontinued. The building was sold in 1978. It became a reception and events center and also housed offices for other organizations. One of the recent tenants was Silhouette Dance Studio. When the Millcreek area incorporated, the historic building was considered for use as city offices, but concerns for its structural integrity led city leaders to look elsewhere. In the fall of 2019, the owner determined that seismic upgrades would be too costly. While still standing in May of 2020, it is expected to be demolished and replaced by condominiums.
