A 25 year old obese female presented with pseudotumor cerebri. She underwent fenestration of her left optic nerve via medial orbitotomy. The intraeonal fat pads were retracted and the optic nerve identified. The dura associated with the optic nerve appeared fatty and incorporated a longitudinally oriented vein. |
