Description Deer forms; small rock crowded. On hard, dark red lava 6 to 8 miles SW of Deseret, Millard, Utah. Locally called "The Lava Flow," and "Black Rock" on USGS topographic maps. Pecked, not painted. The "Two Eyes, or copyrighted as "Pole That Walks," is a very fine specimen.
