After the accomplishment of the foregoing proposition X believe that without difficulty, the Uintahs could be lad to see it -would be to their advantage to relinquish for fair compensation £ll of their lands west of the DuChesne River above the point of its conflux with the Strawberry River, together with a. good portion -of the lands south of the Strawberry.
