Riverside Improvement Co. Building (now the F. C. Withers' Arcade Building), ca. 1871, designed by architect Frederick C. Withers. It was the first commercial building erected after the commissioning of the General Plan of Riverside. This building housed the offices of the original developers of Riverside as planned by Calvert Vaux and Frederick Law Olmsted. Photo June 1982. |
