Description Simultagnosia, optic ataxia and gaze apraxia constitute the clinical triad of Balint syndrome that is typically caused by pathology affecting the parietal-occipital regions bilaterally. Because there are not treatment or therapeutic visual aids for these patients, we introduced prism and filter in order to help in the rehabilitation.
