L. 375) providos ia part "I?or constructing; irrigation ayatema to irrigate tha allotted lands <___. the Uncompahgre, Uintah and IS hite Biver Utaa la Utah tha limit of oost 13 hereby fixed at six hundred thousand dollars, ona hundred and twenty-fi **» thousand dollars cf whioh shall be iouaadiately^availahle, tha cost of said entire work to be reimbursed from the proceeds of tho sale of the lands within the -fOnaer Uintah Beservation* Provided that aush irrigation *oyatema shall he constructed and completed and held and operated, and water tberefor appropriated under the laws of the S-fcate of Utah*.
