The First Assistant Secretary of the Interior, October 6, 1911, denied their application for enrollment for the resons that their mother, a full-blood TJtc, voluntarily abandoned her people upon her marriage to a white man and novor roturned thoroto and that those applicatns were born and reared among the whitos, and tho tribal council held August 5, 1911, refused to sanction thoir admission by a vote of 29 to 10; In view of the action of tho Department, and of the further fact that no additional evidence in offered in tho case, which would in any way change its status, the |
