Description Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) is a systemic granulomatous vasculitis. Orbital inflammatory disease is an extremely rare presentation of GCA, and when it occurs, is typically unilateral. We present two cases of GCA presenting with bilateral orbital inflammation.
