Description Non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is a rare and devastating complication typically associated with severe anemia (1). We report a case of post-CABG NAION with cotton-wool spots imaged with optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A).
