Pathology Infiltrates of non-caseating granulomas and eosinophils occluding vessels with destruction vessel walls.
Disease/Diagnosis Granulomatous angiitis and amyloid angiopathy
Clinical VA: 20/100 OD, 20/40 OS; Ocular apraxia and ataxia
Presenting Symptom Visual difficulties; Mental confusion
