Men--FERA; Dinosaur National Monument |
Description |
Men hold hands to show the width of the mountain side behind them. This could possibly be the fossil wall at the monument. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. The men have worked to remove the overburden from the quarry area. |
