World concept is a must today

Eccles at the 52nd annual convention of the Utah Wool Growers Association in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 17 January 1959. Also a printed version of the talk published in the Western Political Quarterly, vol. 12, no. 4 (December 1959) , pp. 1163 - 1168; a press release about the talk (3 pages); typed notes for the talk (10 pages); the printed program for the meeting; a memorandum with facts about the Association; correspondence related to the meeting; and a mailing list for recipients of copies of the address. The talk discussed the Cold War, the coming population explosion, world poverty, and a need for foreign policy to take a less belligerent tone toward China and the Soviet Union.
