Description A 41-year old female presented foj: neuro-ophthalmologic exam with a history of loss of vision OD lasting two months. The patient had had a diagnosis of optic neuritis, treated with Prednisone 100 mg. a day for several weeks followed by Prednisone 50 mg. every other day. The patient stated that her vision had worsened on Prednisone. The patient described continuous photopsia OD. The patient described discomfort around the right eye.
