Papilledema has traditionally been measured using the Frisco scale, which is subjective and has inter-observer variability and is limited by a finite integer scale. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) could provide an objective. more quantitative, continuous metric for monitoring optic nerve changes with treatment. |
