Description Holes were dug and filled with cement to place frames to run these steel cables that supported the suspension bridge. This bridge was constructed between Ashley Falls and the Flaming Gorge Dam site. It was removed when the Dam was completed and the Cart Creek Bridge was in use. This bridge was a vital link between Vernal and Dutch John, Utah.
