"Joe Lee-Medicine Man-From his home at the foot of Lukachukai mountain Joe Lee travels to many parts of the vast Navajo reservation to sing the Yei-bet-chai and to paint the sand paintings that are a part of this most impressive of all Navajo ceremonials. He is one of only six medicine men on the entire reservation who, unassisted, can perform all the ritualistic requirements of this complex ceremony."
