A man from the FERA camp at Dinosaur National Monument. He is seen sitting on a cart that is used in hauling overburden from the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. Fresh covered snow is seen on the ground. |
